Answers to the most frequent questions
Who can practice Aikido?
Aikido is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or physical condition. There is truly a place for everyone. Check out our image gallery to see for yourself and join us!
Are there any beginner practices?
Are you a beginner and worried that you won’t be able to handle it? Don’t worry, we don’t have classes for beginners or advanced. Everyone practices together, regardless of age, gender or level. It is through this inclusive practice that beginners progress quickly and reach their full potential.
Who are the instructors?
Our Dojo Cho, the main instructor, is Jean-Pierre Kunzi Sensei. He is supported by instructors who have years of Aikido practice.
What does a practice look like?
Practices are held in silence. The instructor shows a technique and the practitioners reproduce it by attacking or doing the technique in turn. Come and give it a try to get an idea!
